• A booking for a trip becomes valid from the moment the booking fee has been received in the bank account of OÜ Uugi Invest.
• The booking fee is 20% of the trip price.
• The full trip price must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip.

• If a trip or equipment rental is cancelled at least 60 days before the scheduled date, 100% of the booking fee will be refunded.
• If cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the scheduled date, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
• If a trip or rental service is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled date, the participation fee will not be refunded.

Water-based trips may involve known and unforeseeable hazards, and risks of harm to health, property or third parties. Hazards include, among others: capsizing of a kayak or raft, collision with objects or other vessels, immersion in cold water, hypothermia, drowning; illness, sun damage, strong winds, cold, high waves, fast currents, whirlpools, lightning and other rapidly changing adverse weather and water conditions, and aggressive land and aquatic animals. These hazards cannot be eliminated and are inherent to the activity in question.

Careful review of, agreement to, and compliance with the following conditions is mandatory for all trip participants.

• The trip participant confirms that they are participating in the trip voluntarily and at their own risk. A minor participant may only participate together with an adult participant who is responsible for them.
• The trip participant is solely responsible for fully familiarising themselves with the information published by the trip organiser regarding the specific trip.
• The trip participant confirms that their state of health and physical fitness are appropriate for completing the route described in the published information.
• We are sober on the water and do not participate under the influence of any intoxicating or narcotic substance.
• The trip participant agrees that this is a public event during which photo and video recordings may be made, and that such recordings may be publicly displayed without restriction on (social) media and elsewhere without seeking further permission to do so.
• The trip participant arrives punctually at the assembly point published in the trip information, with the necessary equipment. Transport to the assembly point and from the finishing point back home is organised by the participant at their own expense.
• The trip participant agrees that the trip guide may assign participants tasks commensurate with their abilities that are necessary for achieving the group's common objectives.
• The trip participant informs the trip guide at the earliest opportunity of any discomfort, injury or injuries, and/or deterioration in their state of health.
• The trip participant remains with the group while underway and is ready to continue the route on time after any break.
• All trip participants treat all fellow participants, nature, state and private property encountered along the route, and local residents with respect.

The trip guide has the right to remove from the trip any participant who repeatedly and wilfully violates this rule. A removed participant will not be compensated for the participation fee or any other expenses related to the trip. Disputes that cannot be resolved on site shall be referred to the Estonian Consumer Protection Board or to a court of law in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

• I am aware of the risks associated with participating in the event and of the traumas and injuries that may result from participation.
• I undertake to follow the instructions and rules of the trip guide throughout the event.
• I undertake not to deviate from the designated route.
• I undertake to use the equipment provided in a careful and responsible manner and to compensate for any damage caused to it.
• I confirm that I do not suffer from, nor have I suffered from, any conditions that may trigger acute medical episodes, and that I am not under the influence of alcohol or any other substances.
• I am aware that OÜ Uugi Invest does not hold accident insurance and that I am therefore not insured by OÜ Uugi Invest.
• I waive any claims against OÜ Uugi Invest that may arise in connection with my participation in the event.
