We collect only the data necessary for the provision of our services:

• Booking form: name, email address, phone number, number of participants, selected tour and date, additional notes.
• Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), message.
• Website traffic: we do not use cookies or tracking applications. Server logs may automatically record IP addresses and browser information, but these are not linked to any individual nor analysed.

• Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): booking data is used to organise tours, issue invoices, and manage reservations.
• Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to contact enquiries.
• Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)): we obtain separate consent for sending newsletters (newsletter service is not currently offered).

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following processors:

• Resend (resend.com) — for sending emails. Data is processed within the EU/EEA.
• Vercel — website hosting. Data centres located in the EU and the USA (Privacy Shield successor framework).

• Booking data is retained for 3 years after the tour has taken place (accounting and legal obligation).
• Contact enquiry data is retained for up to 1 year after the enquiry has been resolved.
• Would you like your data deleted? Write to info@veeretked.ee — we will delete it within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.

You have the right at any time to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten") where there is no lawful basis for processing the data.
• Restrict processing in the event of a dispute.
• Data portability — you may receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) if you believe we are processing your data unlawfully.
